Manager (Apprenticeship)

Responsibilities

• Lead and animate the team by supporting employees daily to reveal their full potential.
• Develop managerial posture by placing human connection at the center of priorities.
• Ensure the customer promise is met by maintaining a dynamic store environment and providing tailored service.
• Pilot store activity by participating in schedule management and store organization based on customer flow.
• Analyze performance by monitoring key indicators such as turnover, margins, and costs to develop corrective action plans.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree specialized in Management or Commerce.
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy to build trust with customers and colleagues.
• Dynamic and reactive personality suited for a fast-paced retail environment.
• Previous professional experience in retail or customer service (via internship or apprenticeship).
• Curiosity and a strong desire to learn both technical product aspects and store management methods.
