Manager – App Dev

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce architectures that are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance across multiple clouds.
• Lead complex technical discussions with clients to align solutions with business outcomes and compliance requirements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to developers and junior architects to foster technical growth and best practices.
• Define and enforce coding standards, integration principles, DevOps processes, and security protocols.
• Collaborate with CoE leaders to maintain architectural consistency and support multi-cloud deployments.
• Oversee code reviews, architectural reviews, and technical risk assessments to ensure delivery quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Salesforce solution architecture, design, and enterprise delivery leadership.
• Deep technical expertise in Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) and security models.
• Proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, multi-cloud, or enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Proven ability to lead diverse technical teams and communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credential or equivalent certifications.
• Expertise in Salesforce integration architectures, including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven models.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Experience working in agile project delivery environments.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and security best practices.
