Manager - API

Responsibilities

• Conduct literature research to compile search reports and identify new developments or raw material sources.
• Design, plan, and execute chemical experiments in consultation with project leaders.
• Monitor experiments routinely and troubleshoot technical issues through collaborative discussion.
• Analyze and interpret analytical data and characterize samples.
• Prepare essential documentation including literature search reports, SLPs, flow charts, and DCI/FDA applications.
• Manage scale-up activities, including reviewing BMRs, planning execution, and preparing technology transfer documents.
• Provide training to Production and Process Development personnel regarding new processes.
• Oversee laboratory management, including equipment maintenance and organization.

Requirements

• M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, OR
• PhD in Organic Chemistry with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
