Manager, AMS

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent AMS projects, including leading enterprise-scale programs and ensuring delivery governance.
• Oversee resource allocation, planning, and prioritization to ensure successful Go-Live delivery.
• Lead the architecture, design, and system integrations across Conga solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Technical Services, and HR.
• Identify risks to on-time releases and implement corrective actions to maintain strategic alignment.
• Provide strategic guidance to high-performing teams, serving as a link between business strategy and technical execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the software industry.
• 2+ years of experience managing development teams following Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Expertise in .NET and/or Salesforce development.
• Strong backend technical skills in C#.Net, design patterns, API, and SQL.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design, Software Architecture, and problem-solving.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS.
• Proficiency with container-based platforms like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with source control and collaboration tools such as GitHub, Jira, and Jenkins.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
