Manager, AI Transformation & Change Management

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery for AI transformation initiatives, from initial scoping and chartering through execution and benefits realization
• Define and operate PMO governance frameworks, including milestone tracking, risk management, and portfolio-level planning cadences
• Lead structural cost initiatives to shift the organization toward a more variable, investment-ready cost structure
• Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies, including stakeholder alignment, communications, and training
• Partner with the Office of the CFO to prioritize AI use cases such as forecasting and scenario modeling to ensure measurable ROI
• Quantify and track initiative impact across financials, productivity, and customer experience
• Develop executive-ready presentations to communicate program progress and key decisions to senior leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in program or portfolio management, organizational transformation, or change management
• Demonstrated PMO discipline, including portfolio governance, dependency mapping, and risk management
• Background in Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or process re-engineering
• Direct experience partnering with Finance functions (FP&A, Office of the CFO)
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• Experience leading AI, digital, or enterprise technology adoption programs
• Hands-on experience with Anaplan or similar connected planning platforms
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Lean Six Sigma certification
• Familiarity with HR operations, workforce analytics, or headcount planning
