About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the product vision, scope, and priorities for AI and automation use cases in alignment with business objectives.
- Own and manage the product backlog, translating ambiguous needs into well-defined features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead end-to-end discovery by eliciting and decomposing complex business problems into structured requirements and solution components.
- Perform detailed process analysis to identify optimization opportunities enabled by data, AI, and automation.
- Contribute to prompt design, workflow configuration, and solution shaping to accelerate delivery and validate concepts.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to guide delivery, remove blockers, and ensure outcomes align with business intent.
- Communicate complex AI concepts to stakeholders and senior leadership through understandable insights and updates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in process efficiencies with a significant focus on AI-driven products.
- Strong technical understanding of automation, agentic AI, GenAI, and machine learning concepts.
- Proven experience in Software Product Management, including building roadmaps and managing product lifecycles.
- Expertise in prompt engineering, automation engineering, and knowledge of vector search and LLMs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead requirement workshops, process design sessions, and feature elaboration discussions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
