Manager-AI, Analytics, and Digital

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of AI into the communications ecosystem, including media monitoring, measurement, and content performance analysis.
• Oversee a multidisciplinary team of designers, writers, and multimedia producers to deliver high-quality visual and written content.
• Develop and implement data-driven content strategies informed by audience research and performance analytics.
• Modernize translation platforms using AI-assisted tools to improve multilingual content delivery.
• Collaborate with research teams to transform technical reports and data-heavy findings into accessible, engaging content.
• Establish KPIs and frameworks to evaluate communication effectiveness and report insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Data Science, IT, Communications, or a related field.
• 12 years of professional experience in positions of increasing complexity and responsibility.
• Proven experience managing creative teams and overseeing projects from concept to execution.
• Proficiency with web and social media analytics tools and experience establishing measurement frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience with generative AI tools and integrating emerging technologies into content workflows.
• Strong data visualization skills and the ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives.
• Experience working in multicultural or international environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct professional background in Data Science and AI.
• Deep knowledge of generative AI trends specifically within digital content creation.
