Manager, Agile Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead agile marketing squads to deliver go-to-market plans that drive business and marketing objectives.
• Implement agile ceremonies to drive continuous optimization of marketing operations and provide squad governance.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the impact of change and provide executive updates on squad efficiencies.
• Maintain backlogs, ensure prioritization aligns with squad goals, and track deliverables, blockers, and dependencies.
• Coach development teams to adopt an "agile mindset" and instill core values of focus, commitment, respect, openness, and courage.
• Foster an inclusive work environment through open communication and collaborative problem-solving.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or related fields.
• Thorough understanding of Scrum and Agile principles and values.
• Experience working with Jira, Workfront, or similar project management tools.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to compile and interpret large data sets to drive decisions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence management and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum Master Certification (CSM) is considered a strong asset.
