About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between the company and various intermediaries/partners to drive business objectives and achieve sales targets.
- Identify potential business opportunities within agent networks and existing portfolios.
- Manage sales performance through daily tracking of production trends and disciplined business reviews.
- Recruit and activate new distribution partners to increase productivity and meet recruitment targets.
- Provide training and development support to ensure partners are competent and can professionally represent the business.
- Execute sales activities, campaigns, and incentive programs to drive new business and renewals.
- Collaborate with underwriters to identify new opportunities and secure a healthy business portfolio.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of related experience, preferably in business development within the insurance industry.
- Knowledge of non-Life insurance.
- Strong client management, relationship building, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management, multitasking, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and perform under pressure.
- Proactive, self-starting, and sales-driven mindset.
