Manager - Administration

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage administration teams and contract workforce to drive service excellence.
• Establish policies, SOPs, and standardized processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee office and plant operations, including maintenance, utilities, security, and infrastructure.
• Manage vendors across facilities, transport, catering, and security to ensure SLA adherence and cost optimization.
• Oversee employee services including transport, travel, canteen, guest house, and front office operations.
• Ensure strict adherence to Indian statutory regulations and maintain audit readiness.
• Manage physical security systems, crisis response, and business continuity planning.
• Own administration budgets, MIS reporting, and lead workplace projects such as office expansions or relocations.

Requirements

• Graduate degree; an MBA is preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience in administration or facilities management.
• Proven experience managing multi-location operations.
• Background in an MNC or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indian statutory regulations and compliance.
• Expertise in leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor relations.
