Manager, Ad Operations

Responsibilities

• Own yield and revenue optimization by working with mobile ad networks for high-grossing mobile games
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders and stay updated on the latest tech innovations in the ad space
• Lead experimentation and A/B testing, presenting detailed learnings and analysis to the broader team
• Set up, test, and manage ads from various third-party networks and SSPs, including Private Marketplace executions
• Lead ad quality initiatives to maintain high standards of advertising across the portfolio
• Troubleshoot ad network integrations by collaborating with internal tech teams and external clients
• Grow ad supply through offerwalls, rewarded video, and other in-game surfacing points

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in ad network or mobile ad trafficking
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaboration
• BA or BS degree or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with a gaming publisher
• Familiarity with ad networks, DSPs, or Rewarded Ad Vendors
• Knowledge of Charles Proxy
