Manager - Ad Operations

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough quality checks on assigned tasks and resolve complex ad serving issues
• Perform root cause analysis for escalations to prevent future occurrences
• Monitor and update process-related documentation and ensure industry compliance
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
• Handle critical client and account communication to ensure timely issue resolution
• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure seamless team alignment
• Troubleshoot complex ad serving issues using ad servers and verification technology

Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in ad operations
• Deep understanding of campaign setup, trafficking, optimization, and reporting
• Hands-on experience with ad servers such as CM360, Flashtalking, or Adform
• Experience with ad verification platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multiple ad servers
• Ability to analyze campaign data and identify actionable trends
• Experience in process improvement implementation
• Experience working with global teams across different time zones
