Manager, Accounts Payable

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full accounts payable lifecycle, including invoice intake, validation, coding, approval routing, and payment execution
• Ensure timely processing of vendor invoices across multiple entities, including international and multi-currency transactions
• Partner with Accounting to support month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals and reconciliations
• Monitor AP inboxes and workflows to ensure clear ownership and accountability for inquiries
• Review and approve journal entries and adjustments related to AP
• Serve as an escalation point for vendors and internal stakeholders regarding payment status and process questions
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal business partners to ensure adherence to service level expectations

Requirements

• 8+ years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, controls, and accounting principles
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and AP automation tools
• Experience managing global AP processes and multi-entity environments
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads in a deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a professional services or consulting environment
