Manager, Accounting, Retail Bank Agile Controllers

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute high-priority projects for the Retail Bank Agile Controllers team
• Plan, design, manage, and document project plans to ensure successful delivery
• Proactively identify and remediate risks, issues, and dependencies
• Communicate complex accounting and business information to executive audiences
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to resolve accounting and business problems
• Facilitate the consistent use of Agile methodologies for project delivery
• Coach and develop a team of accounting and project management associates
• Identify opportunities to streamline or improve accounting and business processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience
• At least 5 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, or Finance
• At least 3 years of Project Management experience
• At least 2 years of Process Improvement experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Lean Six Sigma certification
• 3+ years of People Management experience
• 3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies
• 1+ years of experience with Jira or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
