About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of four employees
- Ensure effective processes within accounts payable, accounts receivable, and finance
- Quality assurance of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and periodic closings
- Maintain strong internal controls and high data quality
- Continuous optimization, standardization, and automation of workflows
- Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Collaborate closely with the Financial Manager, Head of Finance, and other stakeholders
- Actively participate in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365
Requirements
- Professional experience in finance and accounting
- Solid understanding of accounting processes and operations
- Experience with process optimization and automation
- Interest in systems and digital solutions
- Structured work style with a focus on quality and collaboration
- Fluency in Danish and professional proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in people management
- Experience with ERP transformations or implementations
