Manager Accounting

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of four employees
• Ensure effective processes within accounts payable, accounts receivable, and finance
• Quality assurance of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and periodic closings
• Maintain strong internal controls and high data quality
• Continuous optimization, standardization, and automation of workflows
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Collaborate closely with the Financial Manager, Head of Finance, and other stakeholders
• Actively participate in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365

Requirements

• Professional experience in finance and accounting
• Solid understanding of accounting processes and operations
• Experience with process optimization and automation
• Interest in systems and digital solutions
• Structured work style with a focus on quality and collaboration
• Fluency in Danish and professional proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in people management
• Experience with ERP transformations or implementations
