Manager, Account to Report

Responsibilities

• Provide operational direction to accounting teams to achieve month-end and quarter-end close calendars
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to standardize or automate process steps and improve efficiency
• Develop and deliver performance metrics and data analysis to assess cycle efficiencies
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to prepare service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs
• Manage the leadership and professional development of direct reports
• Establish and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and workflows
• Monitor SOX controls and related activities to ensure compliance and effectiveness
• Serve as an escalation point for interpreting policies and procedures

Requirements

• 5-7 years of minimum job-related experience in accounting or finance
• Experience supervising global, multinational, or remote teams within a matrix organization
• Expert knowledge in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, specifically SAP and/or JDE
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel
• Fluency in the English language
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certificate
