Manager, Account Receivables

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, including invoicing, collections, cash application, dispute resolution, and refunds
• Drive collections performance, improve DSO and cash conversion, and proactively manage AR risk and aging
• Ensure accurate billing and alignment between contracts, invoicing, collections, and revenue reporting
• Audit AR and revenue processes to identify gaps and revenue leakage, implementing scalable controls and improvements
• Manage AR accounting activities, including reconciliations, reporting, month-end close support, and audit readiness
• Scale O2C operations through process optimization, automation, and effective use of ERP and billing systems

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, or Finance Operations
• Proven experience owning O2C/AR within a scaling B2B company, ideally in the SaaS sector
• Strong track record of improving DSO, collections, and AR quality
• Solid understanding of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606 / IFRS 15)
• Hands-on experience with ERP and billing systems such as NetSuite or Stripe
• Strong financial acumen regarding cash flow and AR quality
• Ability to work autonomously across time zones and communicate effectively with Sales and Customer Success teams

Preferred Qualifications

• CA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent accounting qualification
• Experience in a multi-entity or international AR environment
• Experience implementing or improving O2C or billing systems
• Exposure to AI SaaS or complex B2B technology environments
