About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Mid Market Account Managers responsible for client retention and expansion
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell ARR across the Mid Market segment
  • Hold weekly 1-1s to review team activity, achievements, and attitude
  • Present accurate forecasts to revenue leadership, marketing, finance, and legal teams
  • Coach Account Managers on account mapping, territory planning, and deal-specific strategy
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Demand Generation, and Deal Desk teams
  • Ensure customer satisfaction scores align with business retention strategies

Requirements

  • Proven leader of Mid Market Account Management with experience in revenue growth and retention
  • 3+ years of software sales leadership experience
  • BA/BS degree strongly preferred
  • Experience selling to C-level executives, specifically CHROs and HR personas
  • Strong professional presence and business acumen

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) sales, including compensation, talent management, or benefit technologies
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales team KPIs
