Manager - Account Management

Responsibilities

• Own the complete customer relationship, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and engagement for large enterprise accounts.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, driving renewals, expansions, and overall account growth.
• Track and improve Voice of Customer (VOC) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) metrics.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and managing change requests.
• Manage contract and financial governance, including AMC renewals, payment follow-ups, and escrow renewals.
• Lead program delivery excellence, overseeing project financials, cost tracking, and profitability.
• Plan and monitor team utilization and track program progress using Microsoft Project (MSP).
• Serve as the key liaison between customer stakeholders and internal delivery teams.

Requirements

• 14 to 18 years of overall professional experience.
• Proven experience in Customer Relationship Management and managing large enterprise accounts.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project (MSP) and related tracking tools.
• Strong expertise in project financials, profitability management, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or PGDBM (Sales/Marketing).
• PMP certification.
