We are a lean, fast-moving team defining a new category in marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Mid-Market Account Managers to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Own the team’s mid-market book of business, including renewal rates, net revenue retention, and expansion revenue
  • Design and refine account management playbooks covering the full customer lifecycle
  • Run regular pipeline reviews, deal inspections, and forecast calls
  • Build a data-driven team culture rooted in CRM hygiene and pipeline discipline
  • Partner with Account Managers on key accounts, joining executive business reviews and negotiations
  • Recruit, onboard, and ramp new Mid-Market Account Managers as the team scales
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Engagement Management

Requirements

  • 4 or more years of SaaS experience in account management, customer success, or expansion sales
  • 1 to 2 years of experience directly managing a quota-carrying team
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and expansion targets
  • Expertise in consultative selling and navigating mid-market deal cycles
  • Strong forecasting ability and pipeline discipline using CRM tools
  • High emotional intelligence and executive presence for Director and VP level interactions
  • Operationally minded with a focus on building scalable systems
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset
