Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Managers to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Own the team’s enterprise book of business, including renewal rates, net revenue retention, and expansion revenue
  • Design and refine enterprise account management playbooks covering the full customer lifecycle
  • Run regular pipeline reviews, deal inspections, and forecast calls
  • Partner with Enterprise Account Managers on strategic accounts, joining C-level business reviews and complex negotiations
  • Recruit, onboard, and ramp new Enterprise Account Managers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Engagement Management

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or expansion sales
  • At least 2 years of experience directly managing a quota-carrying team
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and expansion targets in an enterprise segment
  • Expertise in consultative selling and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deal cycles
  • Strong forecasting ability and pipeline discipline using CRM tools
  • High emotional intelligence and executive presence for C-suite engagement
  • Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable in a high-growth environment
