About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop business opportunities in the CMP market at TSMC
  • Identify customer key opinion leaders and build strong professional relationships
  • Work closely with business units to drive product penetration
  • Create comprehensive business plans and account profiles to execute sales and marketing strategies
  • Monitor market competition and customer trends to maintain product competitiveness
  • Ensure all customer-related matters are addressed and managed effectively

Requirements

  • BS/BE degree or above
  • 7+ years of proven experience in Sales, Account Management, or a relevant role
  • 3+ years of experience working with TSMC specifically in CMP-related markets
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English (verbal and written)
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to execute strategic plans to close deals
  • Demonstrable ability to influence key stakeholders, including executive and C-level leadership
  • Self-motivated with strong prioritizing capabilities
