Manager, Account Executives (MidMarket)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Account Executives responsible for new business revenue in North America
• Define and implement sales strategies for the mid-market segment
• Oversee sales plans, tactics, and pipeline monitoring to ensure revenue growth
• Set performance expectations and KPIs for the team using CRM tools
• Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams on go-to-market strategies
• Report on team performance, sales pipeline, and market conditions to senior management

Requirements

• 5+ years in a quota-carrying new business individual contributor role
• 3+ years of management experience
• Experience managing complex and strategic deals involving procurement, legal, and security
• Proven experience building and executing outbound sales motions
• Strong understanding of forecasting principles and revenue trends
• Experience developing GTM strategy and operational plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with Command of the Message
• Experience with MEDDPICC
