Responsibilities

- Own the revenue outcomes for the Southern Europe segment by balancing long-term GTM strategy with disciplined operating rhythms.
- Drive cloud transformation by positioning Atlassian as a strategic partner to C-suite executives (CIO, CTO, CFO).
- Manage territory planning, forecast accuracy, and pipeline health to ensure consistent growth.
- Collaborate across partner ecosystems, product teams, and marketing to accelerate customer value.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience managing multi-layered sales organizations within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Expertise in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and large-scale cloud migrations.
- Strong operational skills in territory planning, quota setting, and pipeline management.
- Deep cultural understanding and market expertise in Southern Europe (specifically Italy, Spain, or Portugal).
