Manager, Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and execute career development and leadership plans for a group of Account Executives
• Provide daily 1:1 mentoring and coaching to drive quota performance
• Hire and train new AEs on product, buyer personas, and competition
• Strategize with sales and marketing on pipeline and prospecting initiatives
• Build dashboards and report on team performance and forecasts to senior leadership
• Optimize systems and processes to improve team output and efficiency
• Establish a library of playbook resources for the AE team
• Partner with Ops to create and polish performance metrics

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of quota carrying sales experience as an individual contributor
• Minimum 2 years of experience building and leading high-performing sales teams
• Proven success in fast-paced SaaS GTM environments
• History of consistently performing above quota in outbound sales environments
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills
• Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value to executive leaders
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Looker, and Excel
• Ability to leverage data to drive decisions and process improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with financial services sales in a full-cycle role
• Fintech experience at a high-growth startup
