Manager 4, Project Management

Responsibilities

• Drive alignment between Operations Strategic and Outsourced Manufacturing projects and the overall Backend Operations strategy.
• Lead end-to-end strategic evaluations, including environmental scans, feasibility studies, and operational risk assessments.
• Identify business gaps, operational risks, and improvement opportunities across manufacturing and operations processes.
• Provide executive-level reporting, updates, and recommendations with clear business impact analysis.
• Act as the key liaison between management leadership and operational teams to ensure effective execution.
• Facilitate project governance, tracking, and strategic prioritization across various initiatives.
• Drive the integration of Operations Business Excellence initiatives into long-term operational continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Contract Manufacturing (CM), Manufacturing, or Operations environments.
• Proven experience in strategic operations planning and risk management.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across different organizational levels.
• Proficiency in analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
• Comprehension of AI and its application in driving operational improvement opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management certification.
• Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with operational transformation and business process optimization.
