Manager 4, POM Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional factory teams to manage New Product Readiness for successful market launches, meeting KPI targets for volume ramp, yield, quality, and cost.
• Coordinate factory efforts to support development builds and customer samples through to high-volume manufacturing.
• Facilitate Manufacturing Readiness Reviews (MRR3) and manage systematic factory implementation plans.
• Resolve program issues by managing cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are achieved.
• Support sustaining products by supervising engineering changes (EC) and defining efficient ramp plans.
• Track and transfer lessons learned to future programs via the WDITR system.
• Manage inventory control and establish appropriate work instructions and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in an engineering field.
• Fluency in English to collaborate with global organizations in the US and Asia.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in computer basics and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively across multi-organizational structures.
