Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise floor operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Motivate, train, and develop the service team
• Participate in recruitment, scheduling, and administrative follow-ups
• Act as a brand ambassador for commercial events and marketing strategies
• Monitor financial flows and manage bar and kitchen inventory
• Ensure food quality, safety, and hygiene standards are followed
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and routine upkeep

Requirements

• 1–2 years of management experience in the hospitality or restaurant sector
• Experience in high-volume environments
• Solid floor supervision experience
• Foundation in administrative and financial management
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proven expertise in team supervision and development
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
