Responsibilities
- Supervise floor operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Motivate, train, and develop the service team
- Participate in recruitment, scheduling, and administrative follow-ups
- Act as a brand ambassador for commercial events and marketing strategies
- Monitor financial flows and manage bar and kitchen inventory
- Ensure food quality, safety, and hygiene standards are followed
Requirements
- 1–2 years of management experience in the hospitality or restaurant sector
- Solid floor supervision experience
- Good foundation in administrative and financial management
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proven expertise in team supervision and development
