About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the sales of integrated communication structures to small-to-medium business customers to maximize revenue
- Ensure competence and continuity of Account Executives through selection, training, development, and motivation
- Develop and coordinate sales promotions and incentives to meet business goals and objectives
- Monitor employee performance, providing coaching and counseling to ensure maximum effectiveness and growth
- Prepare and analyze sales records and performance activities to ensure accurate revenue and unit forecasting
- Design and implement territory team structures and coordinate efforts with internal teams
- Lead by example to model company values and best practices
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales management or a related field
- Expertise in product sales management
- Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
