About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver a world-class customer and employee experience while achieving sales goals and operational excellence.
- Manage all phases of the customer environment and team to exceed financial targets and customer satisfaction scores.
- Hire, coach, and evaluate a team of 8-12 direct reports, providing continuous performance feedback and development plans.
- Oversee in-store operations including inventory, cycle counts, cash management, and merchandising compliance.
- Analyze operational and financial reports to improve store performance and metrics.
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels through efficient scheduling and adherence to company policies.
- Leverage the Net Promoter System (NPS) to monitor customer feedback and improve the in-store experience.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in retail or management.
- Ability to stand and move about the store constantly.
- Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 25 pounds.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Previous experience working at Comcast.
