Manager 1, Construction

Responsibilities

• Manage the design and construction of plant builds, rebuilds, and upgrades
• Oversee construction project schedules and ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, monitoring expenditures to ensure financial goals are met
• Verify adherence to construction codes and safety regulations, including OSHA and FCC technical standards
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams, including Supervisors, Specialists, and Technicians, to support career development
• Maintain high productivity levels by tracking project status and generating regular reports
• Coordinate with Marketing and Commercial Development to ensure subscriber infrastructure is built and activated

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in construction or telecommunications
• Proven experience in budget management and financial resource oversight
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing exempt and non-exempt employees
• Expertise in safety compliance and regulatory oversight
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, though extensive related professional experience will be considered
