About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the design and construction of plant builds, rebuilds, and upgrades
- Oversee construction project schedules and ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control
- Develop and manage departmental budgets, monitoring expenditures to ensure financial goals are met
- Verify adherence to construction codes and safety regulations, including OSHA and FCC technical standards
- Manage multi-disciplinary teams, including Supervisors, Specialists, and Technicians, to support career development
- Maintain high productivity levels by tracking project status and generating regular reports
- Coordinate with Marketing and Commercial Development to ensure subscriber infrastructure is built and activated
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in construction or telecommunications
- Proven experience in budget management and financial resource oversight
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing exempt and non-exempt employees
- Expertise in safety compliance and regulatory oversight
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, though extensive related professional experience will be considered
