Management Trainee

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute event promotions, marketing campaigns, and communication strategies
• Support management operations to ensure smooth and successful event delivery
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, donors, partners, and stakeholders to foster business growth
• Analyze event data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize future campaigns
• Work with cross-functional teams to support company initiatives and improve operational efficiency
• Engage in leadership development activities, workshops, and mentorship programs
• Share innovative ideas during team meetings to boost event effectiveness and overall performance
• Take initiative on projects and progressively assume leadership responsibilities
