Management Trainee – Sustainability

Responsibilities

• Monitor social, environmental, and economic impact indicators of sustainability programs
• Follow up on training, environmental conservation, and regenerative agriculture initiatives
• Prepare reports for clients, audits, and internal processes
• Manage traceability information and sustainability standard compliance
• Support the implementation and monitoring of projects with clients and corporate programs
• Create presentations, management reports, and result analyses

Requirements

• Professional degree in Environmental Engineering, Agronomy, or related fields
• Completed or ongoing Master's degree in Project Management or Sustainability
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sustainability, project management, or agricultural sector programs
• Advanced English proficiency (indispensable)
• Proficiency in digital tools and information analysis
• Interest in the coffee, cocoa, and sustainable supply chain business
