Management Trainee

Responsibilities

• Drive a culture of analytics and sound decision making to identify and solve business challenges
• Leverage resources and tools to create a seamless home improvement experience
• Interact with district, call center, and corporate levels to satisfy members and inspire others
• Gather and analyze data systematically to generate business solutions
• Support business strategy through effective written and oral communication and presentations
• Develop insights into organizational dynamics to improve business results and employee engagement
• Execute all program requirements including knowledge-based tests and manager evaluations

Requirements

• Enrolled in a partnered university or college
• Bachelor's level degree
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Project management, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to lift and carry products up to 40 lbs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in leadership roles (professional or extracurricular)
• Experience with lead tracking, appointment center, or call center systems
