- Learn HVAC and other assigned business areas, including sales, production, call center operations, and business analytics
- Progress toward a District Technical Manager role upon successful completion
- Complete assessments, manager evaluations, and knowledge-based tests
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed this year or by December 2016
- Clear oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work with associates, managers, and consumers
- Interest or experience in repair or distribution-related work
- Demonstrated leadership competencies
