Responsibilities
- Complete a 12-month management trainee program in the Home Improvement business
- Support sales, production, call center operations, business analytics, or HVAC track work
- Gather and analyze data to recommend solutions to business challenges
- Communicate findings through presentations, discussions, and written updates
- Learn leadership competencies and prepare for a salaried manager role
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Enrolled in partnered university or college
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Project management, organization, and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to travel 50%
- Driver's license
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
