Responsibilities

• Work on real-world projects that directly impact business operations and customer experience

• Engage in mentorship opportunities with senior leaders to develop technical and leadership skills
• Execute tasks within a specialized track:
• Finance: Financial planning, forecasting, and analysis
• Brand & Growth: Marketing initiatives, digital campaigns, and customer engagement
• Commercial: P&L performance tracking, pricing optimization, and supplier relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for digital business and e-commerce innovation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Internship or project experience in finance, marketing, or commercial roles is a plus
