Management Trainee

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month accelerated management trainee journey featuring cross-functional business rotations.
• Execute high-impact business projects across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
• Engage in mentorship and coaching sessions led by senior leadership.
• Collaborate with top talents across the region to drive business growth.
• Gain hands-on experience in specialized tracks including Human Resources, Commercial, Customer Services & Logistics, or Manufacturing.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or professional with less than 2 years of experience.
• Minimum GPA of 7.0/10.0.
• Proficiency in English.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to relocate and maintain nationwide mobility.
• Ability to work full-time starting from June 2026.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, agility, and resilience.
