Management Trainee - Human Resources

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month accelerated management trainee journey featuring cross-functional business rotations.
• Execute high-impact projects across Vietnam and the Southeast Asia region.
• Engage in mentorship and coaching sessions led by senior Mondelēz leaders.
• Collaborate with top talent across the region to drive business results in Human Resources.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or professional with less than 2 years of experience.
• Minimum GPA of 7.0/10.0.
• Proficiency in English.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to accept nationwide mobility and work full-time starting June 2026.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, agility, and resilience.
