Management Trainee - Human Resources

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month accelerated management trainee journey with cross-functional business rotations
• Execute high-impact projects within the Human Resources function across Vietnam and Southeast Asia
• Collaborate with senior leaders through structured mentorship and coaching programs
• Engage in hands-on learning activities to develop deep business acumen in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or professional with less than 2 years of experience
• Minimum GPA of 7.0/10.0
• Proficient in English
• Possession of a valid driver's license
• Open to nationwide mobility and able to work full-time starting June 2026
• Demonstrated growth mindset, agility, resilience, and strong leadership skills
