Responsibilities
- Participate in a 12-month accelerated management trainee journey with cross-functional business rotations
- Execute high-impact projects within the Human Resources function across Vietnam and Southeast Asia
- Collaborate with senior leaders through structured mentorship and coaching programs
- Engage in hands-on learning activities to develop deep business acumen in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or professional with less than 2 years of experience
- Minimum GPA of 7.0/10.0
- Proficient in English
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Open to nationwide mobility and able to work full-time starting June 2026
- Demonstrated growth mindset, agility, resilience, and strong leadership skills
