Management Trainee Hospitality

Responsibilities

• Rotate through all operational departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B Service, over a 12–18 month period
• Actively contribute to daily operations and identify opportunities to improve the guest experience
• Develop leadership skills by observing managers, assisting with team coordination, and managing leadership projects
• Participate in internal training sessions and workshops at the Motel One Campus
• Work closely with assigned mentors to execute a personal development plan

Requirements

• Completed degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a comparable tourism school diploma
• At least 1 year of operational experience in various hotel departments
• Willingness to travel and flexibility regarding different hotel locations
• Strong social skills, an open personality, and a positive attitude
• Analytical thinking skills and a high level of service orientation
• A structured, independent, and team-oriented working style
