Management Trainee for People & Culture

Responsibilities

• Learn across all People & Culture functions including recruitment, internal communication, employer branding, and learning & development
• Support People Operations with data-related tasks and gain hands-on experience in people analytics
• Assist in global mobility processes and cross-country People & Culture operations
• Work directly with the Head of People & Culture to support strategic growth
• Help organize and manage internal and external People & Culture events
• Create internal training materials and research relevant industry topics
• Communicate cross-functionally with various departments, including C-level executives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Proactive approach with the ability to think ahead and act assertively
• Ability to thrive and multitask in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• A genuine passion for discovering various People & Culture functions
