Management Trainee - Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Shadow and assist the Chairperson in business meetings, reviews, and strategic discussions
• Record detailed Minutes of Meetings (MOMs) and manage follow-ups on action items
• Conduct market research, data analysis, and prepare comprehensive reports
• Analyze financial reports, models, and performance data to identify key business insights
• Prepare and maintain professional presentations, dashboards, and management reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and track project deliverables
• Support project management and execution tracking for various strategic initiatives
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business information and communications

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong analytical and research capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours to support the Chairperson
