Responsibilities

• Rotate through four phases: Warehouse/Customer Service, Customer Relationships/Procurement, Account Management/Sales, and Leadership/Operations
• Manage shipping, receiving, inventory, and vendor coordination
• Build and maintain customer and vendor relationships
• Develop material quotes and read blueprints
• Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts
• Lead and mentor teams while managing profitability and operations

Requirements

• Recent university or college graduate (all disciplines)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to relocate within Canada for training
