Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you will rotate through a structured, four-phase program:

• Phase 1: Warehouse and Customer Service (Shipping, receiving, inventory, and counter sales)
• Phase 2: Customer Relationships & Procurement (Managing projects, quotes, and vendor relationships)
• Phase 3: Account Management and Proactive Sales (Negotiating contracts and growing key accounts)
• Phase 4: Leadership & Operations (Leading teams and managing profitability)

Upon completion, you will transition into a Profit Centre Manager role, responsible for running a location as a business owner.

Requirements

• Recent university or college graduate (all disciplines)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Interest in sales and business development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to relocate within Canada for training
