Responsibilities
As a Management Trainee, you will rotate through a structured, four-phase program:
- Phase 1: Warehouse and Customer Service (Shipping, receiving, inventory, and counter sales)
- Phase 2: Customer Relationships & Procurement (Managing projects, quotes, and vendor relationships)
- Phase 3: Account Management and Proactive Sales (Negotiating contracts and growing key accounts)
- Phase 4: Leadership & Operations (Leading teams and managing profitability)
Upon completion, you will transition into a Profit Centre Manager role, responsible for running a location as a business owner.
Requirements
- Recent university or college graduate (all disciplines)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Interest in sales and business development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to relocate within Canada for training
