Responsibilities

• Rotate through a four-phase program covering supply chain, operations, sales, and leadership
• Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory in the warehouse phase
• Build customer and vendor relationships and manage complex orders
• Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts
• Lead and mentor a team while managing operations and profitability
• Transition into a Profit Centre Manager role to run a business location

Requirements

• Recent university or college graduate (all disciplines)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to relocate within Canada for training
