Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month accelerated management trainee journey featuring cross-functional business rotations
• Execute high-impact business projects across Vietnam and Southeast Asia
• Engage in mentorship and coaching sessions led by senior leadership
• Collaborate with top talents across the region to drive business growth
• Rotate through specialized functions including Human Resources, Commercial, Customer Services & Logistics, or Manufacturing

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or professional with less than 2 years of experience
• Minimum GPA of 7.0/10.0
• Proficient in English
• Possession of a valid driver's license
• Ability to work full-time starting from June 2026
• Openness to nationwide mobility and relocation
