Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and dining room hospitality to ensure a premium guest experience.
- Lead, mentor, and manage team performance to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
- Manage business operations including hiring, inventory control, ordering, and production planning.
- Monitor and administer key business indicators and financial performance.
- Drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with company mission and culture.
Requirements
- Degree in Administration, Hospitality Industry, or a related field.
- Proven experience in restaurant management (experience in non-fast food environments is required).
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to make high-impact decisions and manage complex operational facets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Floor Supervisor or Shift Lead (for Supervisor roles).
- Experience as an Assistant Manager (for Assistant Manager roles).
- 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager (for Manager roles).
- 2-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager (for General Manager roles).
