Requirements

  • Degree in Administration, Hospitality Industry, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in restaurant management (experience in non-fast food environments is required).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to make high-impact decisions and manage complex operational facets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as a Floor Supervisor or Shift Lead (for Supervisor roles).
  • Experience as an Assistant Manager (for Assistant Manager roles).
  • 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager (for Manager roles).
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager (for General Manager roles).
