Responsibilities

• Ensure daily kitchen operations and dining room hospitality excellence
• Lead, mentor, and manage team performance to create a positive work environment
• Manage restaurant facets including hiring, inventory, and ordering
• Plan production and monitor business performance indicators
• Drive financial performance and operational excellence through high-impact decision-making
• Uphold company culture and mission across all management levels

Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Hospitality Industry, or a related field
• Proven experience in restaurant management (specific years required based on role level)
• Experience as a Floor Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Restaurant Manager
• Ability to work onsite in Mexico City

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the hospitality industry outside of the Fast Food sector
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage diverse teams
