Requirements

  • Degree in Administration, Hospitality Industry, or a related field
  • Proven experience in restaurant management (specific years required based on role level)
  • Experience as a Floor Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Restaurant Manager
  • Ability to work onsite in Mexico City

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the hospitality industry outside of the Fast Food sector
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage diverse teams
