- Ensure daily kitchen operations and dining room hospitality excellence
- Lead, mentor, and manage team performance to create a positive work environment
- Manage restaurant facets including hiring, inventory, and ordering
- Plan production and monitor business performance indicators
- Drive financial performance and operational excellence through high-impact decision-making
- Uphold company culture and mission across all management levels
Requirements
- Degree in Administration, Hospitality Industry, or a related field
- Proven experience in restaurant management (specific years required based on role level)
- Experience as a Floor Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Restaurant Manager
- Ability to work onsite in Mexico City
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the hospitality industry outside of the Fast Food sector
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage diverse teams
